Convening state LGBTQ leaders from across the country
Each year, Equality Federation produces a national Leadership Conference that builds the skills and capacity of state-based leaders to win equality and protect LGBTQ communities. This is an opportunity to exchange lessons learned from the fight for equality and build power for more wins. The Leadership Conference hosts roughly 30 workshops, half-dozen plenaries, special sessions on racial equity, and one-of-a-kind evening events.
